loading drupal for the first time --

learning

i am in charge of putting up new site for our trade association

i have seen some drupal sites that have a 'motorized' image presentation -- no scrollers -- automatic rotation -- sliding of images

seems - this is often used in place of FLASH -- which is fine by me

here is an example if such a thing

based on my quick view of the source code it looks to me like the site you link to is using jcarousel

yep - that is what i was thinking...

how do they get it to 'work' with no scrollers or human intervention?

i have seen this on 2 other drupal sites....

i have seen 2 howtoo web videos on how to set these up in drupal and they both talk about the action witht eh scroller bars...
